MTC April 2022: Simple Editor

Welcome to the ManiaExchange Monthly Track Contest (MTC) for April 2022! eyebo is your host for the month.
In the MTC, your mission is to build a map on a given theme. Later, all the maps are rated and a winner is found.

🆕 This month we will test a new voting system. More about that later.

Theme of the Month: Simple Editor
Build a map using only the Simple Editor.

Titlepacks allowed:
  • TM2 Canyon
  • TM2 Valley
  • TM2 Stadium
  • TM2 Lagoon

Theme Specific Rules
  • You can submit a maximum of two maps for this edition.
  • Duo maps are allowed. A duo map counts as one map for each participant.

General Rules
  • MTC should be present in the track name. Example: "Where Is Waldo (MTC)" or "mtc|WhereIsWaldo"
  • Maps should be built in the most recent version of the game
  • Maps must be built during the month of this MTC.
  • Press Forward, Left, Right, or similar tracks are NOT allowed
  • Maps requiring drivers to use OpenPlanet are NOT allowed
  • Maps must be under 4 MBs (online server limit)

Deadlines
  • Your map should be uploaded before Wednesday April 27th @ 22:00 CEST. Submissions will continue to be accepted until I officially announce closure in this thread.
  • Maps submitted within the deadline will have 24 hours after submissions close to make any edits
  • Voting is from Friday April 29 @ 17:00 CEST to Monday May 2 @ 17:00 CEST
  • Results are calculated and posted soon after voting closes

Prizes
:gold: Honor and the right to brag! (Jozii used to say that.)
:gold: The top 3 winners will receive a front page feature of a track of their choice

How to Submit
  • You MUST upload your track to this mappack and optionally post a link to your map in this thread
  • You can update your map within the deadline as many times as you want
  • Submitted maps may be updated within 24 hours of submissions closing, in case of any necessary last minute changes; new maps may NOT be submitted in this time frame
  • Updating your map after the revision deadline has passed will lead to a disqualification. You are free to update your map once the results are published

🆕 Voting
  • In an effort to get results out quicker, and to make it more fun to play and vote on maps, we will test a new simplified form of voting.
  • When voting opens, the maps will be available on a server in the TM2 MultiEnv titlepack.
  • The server will be open for 3 days (over the weekend).
  • To vote, use the karma system on the server.
    -- 1 point (bad)
    - 2 points
    +- 3 points
    + 4 points
    ++ 5 points (good)

  • Everyone is allowed to vote, even players who submitted a map (your vote on your own map won't be counted)
  • You must vote on at least half of the submitted maps in order for your votes to be counted
  • Your votes will be averaged for the maps you didn't vote on. But please try to vote on as many maps as possible.
  • Note that you have to finish a map in order to vote!
  • Players are encouraged to leave an award on the maps they liked, and to post constructive feedback on as many maps as possible

Good luck, and if you have any questions, please ask!

Putting actual effort and spending a lot of time making a map? That just ain't for me.

I accidentally dropped my bag of finish blocks, and it ended up on this map.

Surely the simple editor will work properly, right...
The map's name was chosen due to how buggy doing Ctrl+Z in the simple editor is. It makes random holes in the terraforming you made, makes some blocks impossible to delete, sometimes removes some block clips, and probably other things.

I build a lot of grasstech in tmnf/uf, and the blocks I use are basically all in the simple editor anyways :p
