HEC - Jeff

Hey Folks,

what we´ve got here is my first Map for HEC.
"And his name is John Cen... ehm, I meant Jeff."

Jeff is a competitve Track that´s not to hard but also not to easy, especially if you do it 50 Laps.
It is really easy to learn the route, but could be hard to set a constant quick time on every round.

My special thanks go to Roche for testing & editing and racHo for the scenery
