What is the right resolution to put custom images in the DecoTower block?

The aspect ratio is 4:1 (so something like 1024x256).
The DecoTowers in Stadium only use the bottom left quadrant of the sign. So confine your sign to that quadrant.

They're related to the CircuitScreens, which also are used on blocks like 5-4-1 CircuitBorderStraight.
