Are the platform and the parking lot blocks in valley different surfaces?

although they sometimes are one and the same block they still have a completely different road height, so I say yes, they are different surfaces

I don't like that idea. If someone is a clear favorite in the predictions, then some may give lower votes to that player.

bad idea

even awards can influence... if a map has many, it already seems good and a map with 0 awards and bad comments make it seem bad

Well if theres another sheet like the voting sheet, you could predict anomously and it's published after the end of the voting

Do these two typed of blocks count as one type of surface? same height and physics?

because you could build this to get 5 seconds "for free"

yes, you can of course do that, but it is by far not the most creative way to fulfill the rules
