The model looks rly good and i hate it doesn't show correctly

I'll have a look at other skins and models and tell you how they look in replays.

it sounds like the loc file is not working 100% to me
but i also have this before but not on the wheels

MMMmmmmm just noticed something else, i think this could be maybe graphics problem or net speed
not just the wheels what as not load ! take notice ! graphics on the rear of the car as not load up as well

plus have you tried other cars yet ?

This has nothing to do with locators.
Most likely the midpoly/lowpoly version of the car model is shown on the bottom screen.

Should be fixable if you open the Launcher => Configure => Advanced => Game tab => set Quality of cars to "All High".

Well, bad locators tend to screw up the model too, only not this way
