Hi everyone,

I was connected to my account and tried to download a replay from MX. I got to pay 5 Planets to see it but after that my game suddently quits.

But after this game crash, i can't log in anymore... The game always tell me than someone is connected on another computer and that i have to try again later.

I tried to reboot my computer to try again but it changed nothing. I can't log in since 3 hours

Does someone already have this kind of problem ? Do I have been hacked ?

Interesting indeed. I'd say it was something to do with the game crashing before you could quit. The game never got to tell the server that you logged out. I would, though, that Nadeo would have made some device that requires you to keep contact every now and then to make sure your account is still actually logged in.

My game crashes every so often, but I never have any problems trying to log back in immediately.

I would expect the problem to sort itself out after a while, but if it doesn't email Nadeo support. Make sure you can give them your login and community code. Also, it couldn't hurt to change your password, just in case.
