Sparkster's Stadium B12

Now we have B12 from my custom campaign of the Titlepack TM² Stadium Sparkstedition. And that spins me right 'round, baby right 'round... like a twister baby.

ATTENTION: The many changes in MP4 forces us to convert the maps prior to MP3 or older to a MP4 version. I do more than this step. I'll remove the endphase camera and the color trails at the start. I'm adding more signs and especially using the Brilliance 'n' Metals signs by myself. Say goodbye to the TM² Stadium Sparkstedition sign and say hello to the International Stadium Logo sign. Therefore I will reduce the laps in the multilap-maps except for the red ones and the E05 (maybe... maybe not...). And of course I will add some GPS cars with a helpful instruction on how to find it (If you can't see a GPS sign somewhere).

This also counts for the "Tricky Tech" and the "Freaky Fullspeed" signs, that are now removed.

Eliminated a cut, clearvision founded.
