Ridge Racer A1 N UPD

Huge update: Removed 2 bugs, and fixed an area that could be used as a short cut.
Had to add some small Checkpoints due to the 1mb limit instead of the road CPS.

This map was named by a great friend yous know him as Niebo, its my tribute to him.

Build of the map came with pure custom items/ideas from me and Larentz, we both worked
on many ways to run the map.
I have added a bit of fog to take the glare out of leaving the tunnels found it could blind
some people as it blinded the unseen jump "drop" on the first tunnel.
feedback came from our MMD Group.
