Again, I'm bad with names.

Also, I figured out how to get a Turbo style drop in start (using a blimp and a start item), so there's that.

[Edit] Modified the cams so there is more internal, hopefully that helps driveability. (I don't really like it that much but I use Cam 2 with Stadium and I prefer external cams anyways.)

[Another Edit] Re-validated the track. Hopefully the author time is now correct. (Should be about 1:13.00)
