now... I have a question what is this mean ?

1) Standard tracks now have a maximum of 25 submission limit ?

More specifically, only the top 10 replays were displayed on each track page on TMX. Here, the top 25 will be shown. This might prove to make the page a little crowded looking, but we'll see

Top 10 will be displayed with a link to every submission on another page. 25 is indeed too crowded.
