I mad a map, and a bigger best and best and best record on these map.. but the map size is only 500.000.- kb but the platform says to me only 6mb can I upload... Only 6??????

What is the way, how to I upload my map, and my personal record?

6 MBs is 6144 KBs. If your map is 500 KBs, then the site should accept it just fine.
Make sure it's validated and you've computed lightmaps, etc.
