It just seems the items were never embedded in the map file. This was a fairly common bug back in the day. I had it happen a few times to me when I started using items in early 2017 (before MP4). Sometimes you'd have to save your map a few times before the items would properly embed.

I've repaired the map file. It should work fine now.
