How to extract a map from a replay ?

So yeh, basically I loaded a map while I was working on another and... Lost it all. The map has custom blocks and is in competition titlepack. I tried "ReplayToChallenge" and can't figure out the "MapEdit" tool. If anyone can help, I'd be thankful !
