Update 1.3

- Changed tri-split tollbooth to a two-split tollbooth
- Moved the 2nd enginekill block further down the road so respawns on a certain banked road CP are much more forgiving
- Changed wallride entry point from wooden texture to magnet texture to allow for a more friendlier approach to the wooden wallride
