[OldMrA] Traction Action V2

Converted from a 15-05-2004 version of this map which only exists in my TMU folder because I replaced the TMX version with an update in 2006 for LevelUp using an oversized map base (Why?) (Seemed like a good idea at the time)...

I have to agree with the other award givers. Very nice alpine track. Fun to drive, not too hard, but quite hard to get a good time.
