It's about half done at the moment. We've been set back so many times because of performance issues we may encounter. We resolve those issues with new ideas which take a few days (or a week or two) to finalise.

I'll share two details, the rest will be kept a secrete:
1) Standard tracks now have a maximum of 25 submission limit.
2) Nadeo tracks have an infinite limit of submissions (everyone now has a chance).

Nadeo tracks have a different scoring system which has no performance impact, thus allowing infinite submissions.

When we unveil the new LB, you'll have to adjust to the new scoring system. The new scoring system will be the 'launch version' and will gradually improve over time.
