What about to just make the track so it looks good, "at > 1.30 or longer (maybe)"
so the important thing is to make the best scenery, I know all tracks is about
scenery, but think about it, its quite challenging to find a route that show your
tracks best areas and sometimes it will force you to build some other way that
you didn´t planned " becouse you think = - i really like to drive there becouse that
spot is the best looking spot on my track and need to be seen by the judges"

That would be so extremely subjective to judge that there most probably would be a riot over the results. Again.

I remember there was a 3-use MTC back in the days of TMUF. I'd suppose we can raise the bar and make a 4-use MTC.

what does that mean?

Simple. You know what a re-use means right? 3-use is the same, but 3 times instead of 2. 4-use is 4 times. And so on and so forth.

And then there's me, who just decided to make a 9-use to piss people off xD
